Context
Many companies don't have the financial means to assign a specific human resource to marketing operations management.
More often than not, the owner-managers of these companies are tossed around by suppliers of marketing products, without any clear idea of their real needs. Lacking an adequate and realistic marketing strategy, they opt for actions that may be inadequate to their real needs.
This program aims to tackle the issues raised in this context head-on.
As part of its "Marketing Management Support Program", the Société d'aide au développement de la collectivité (SADC) Lac-Saint-Jean-Est wishes to support companies that do not have the necessary human resources, in the development and implementation of a marketing strategy and action plan tailored to their reality and capabilities. There are four areas of intervention:
- Meeting between the consultant and the person designated by the company;
- Marketing diagnostic overview;
- Support for the design of an action plan;
- Support in implementing the action plan.

- Do not have a formal, written marketing management policy;

- Carried out according to the owner-manager's priorities and deadlines, as well as the company's financial and human capacities;

- Financially supported by the Société d'aide au développement de la collectivité (SADC) Lac-Saint-Jean-Est.
Many companies find it difficult to implement a human resources management policy within their organization.
Yet human resources are at the heart of their organizations. The massive medium-term retirement of a good number of "baby-boom" employees will only accentuate the problems facing the owner-managers of these organizations.
Reaction can be nightmarish, only pro-active action is desirable.
This program aims to tackle the issues raised in this context head-on.

The Société d'aide au développement de la collectivité (SADC) Lac-Saint-Jean-Est has developed a "proximity" approach with the companies it helps financially. Regular contact and analysis of their data enable us to closely monitor their progress, advise them and support them in their various projects. In addition, we have set up specific support programs for business managers, aimed at both client and non-client companies.
